About US

As breeders of Brachycephalic dogs, we always managed the transport of our litters to ensure they arrived safely and happily. We found it challenging to find transport services that truly understood the unique needs of these breeds.

To improve the situation, we took our transport services to a professional level. We have the knowledge and experience to provide the best conditions for your pet’s journey. Our specialization extends to Giant breeds, elderly dogs, and cats/kittens, ensuring we meet diverse needs with expertise and care.

About Us

Our promise

Across all our road transport services we ensure:

safe pet transfer

What we do that’s so special?

We believe that relocating to a new home should not be stressful for you or your fur baby. Here are just a few special things we do.

  • Staff sleep on board the vehicle each night, this settles and comforts the pets knowing that we are right there. PAW Bulldogs ensures constant monitoring throughout the night
  • Regular communication with both parties – sender and receiver along with photos of your baby on their journey
  • Adult dogs are walked on a leash separately at each comfort stop at a safe area, not on the side of a highway or in a carpark with garden beds.
  • Pups without all required vaccinations are not placed on the floor of the van or any area outside of the van. The crate is cleaned with each stool movement and your baby will be cuddled each time. All pups are on upper levels and adult dogs are in crates on floor level.

Although, some pups are big breeds and will need a larger crate, please be sure that the same care is taken to ensure your pup is safe.

  • All crates are roomy enough for your loved one to stretch, lay down and sit upright. We also have a separate oxygen crate and concentrator for any emergency regarding a pup.
  • We are happy to provide food on the journey that is more than one night, water is always accessible. We are also happy for the client to supply any food that the fur baby requires.
  • Medication can also be given, with a separate form to be completed which clearly outlines any instructions
  • Cats/kittens are well loved and cared for as well, they are provided with a crate large enough for their very own kitty litter tray.
  • We can transport Parrots within a certain distance.
  • We can provide live tracking.

Giving Pets The Care They Deserve!

Frequently Ask Questions

Most Pets are covered under our Business Liability Insurance policy while they are with us. However, there are exclusions and limitations to such cover, and we recommend that clients consider obtaining their own private pet insurance for cover beyond the scope of our business liability cover.

We are as covered as it is possible for us to be with a range of insurance policies including Public Liability, Comprehensive Motor Vehicle and other business insurances. These provide assurance of cover for our customers for any instance that we would be deemed to be liable for.

Essentially, we would be liable if our misconduct or negligence has resulted in the sickness, injury or death of your pet but as with all insurances there are exclusions.

*If the driver observes that the pet appears to be unwell, the transport will not proceed for that pet.

The following are not covered by our policy:

The cost of any veterinary bills, death or loss associated with:

  • Any pre-existing physical condition including BOAS. This includes whether you or we were aware of the condition or not.
  • Any sickness, communicable disease or injury that has not come about as a result of failure, misconduct or negligence on our part.
  • The administration of any medicine or treatment (incl. if Veterinary prescribed)
  • The action of any third-party including Motor vehicle accidents where we or our drivers are not at fault.

Booking and requirements

  • All travel must accompany a booking form, with all details to be completed prior to travel.
  • Written quotes and invoices can be provided at your request.
  • All extra details regarding requirements by the sender/receiver will be on the booking form.
  • No, we do not require a health certificate. Although, If the driver observes your pet is not well, they will not be travelling that day.
  • If your pet requires medication, there will be a Medication form provided to be completed prior to travel.

No pups will be transported under the age of 8 weeks and it is a strict requirement they have had their 1st vaccination. We highly recommend all pets be vaccinated before travel.
