Providing Local, Regional & Interstate Pet Transport For Dogs & Cats
Relocating should be stress-free. For both you and your pet. Therefore, we offer special services. First, our staff sleep onboard. This comforts pets, knowing we’re close. Furthermore, we ensure constant monitoring at night. Next, we provide regular communication. Senders and receivers get updates, including photos. Also, adult dogs are walked on leashes at safe comfort stops. Specifically, not highways or car parks.

Big breed pups may need larger crates. However, their safety is our priority. All crates allow stretching, lying down, and sitting. Additionally, we have an oxygen crate for emergencies. Food is provided on multi-night trips. Clients can also supply their own. Medication is given with a form. Cats and kittens get crates with litter trays. Live tracking is available. Puppy/kitten packs are welcome, but limit size.

Is My Pet Safe During Transport?
Are pets insured during travel? Our Business Liability Insurance covers most pets. However, exclusions exist. Therefore, we suggest private pet insurance for broader coverage. We also have comprehensive business insurance, covering our liability. Specifically, we’re liable for sickness or injury due to our negligence. Still, exclusions apply. For example, unwell pets won’t be transported. Ultimately, safety is our priority
Our policy does not cover:
- Veterinary bills, death, or loss related to pre-existing conditions, including BOAS, regardless of awareness.
- Illness, contagious diseases, or injuries not caused by our direct negligence or misconduct.
- Medication or treatment administration, even if prescribed by a veterinarian.
- Incidents caused by third parties, such as motor vehicle accidents where we are not at fault.
Booking
- Bookings require a completed form before travel.
- Written quotes and invoices are available upon request.
- Sender/receiver requirements are detailed on the booking form.
- Health certificates are not required. However, unwell pets will not travel.
- Medication requires a completed medication form before travel.
- Pups must be 8 weeks or older and have their first vaccination. Vaccinations are strongly recommended for all pets.

What Our Pet Transport Insurance Does Not Cover
The cost of any veterinary bills, death, or loss associated with:
Any pre-existing physical condition, including BOAS. This includes whether you or we were aware of the condition or not.
Any sickness, communicable disease, or injury that has not resulted from our failure, misconduct, or negligence.
The administration of any medicine or treatment (incl. if Veterinary prescribed)
The action of any third party, including Motor vehicle accidents, where we or our drivers are not at fault.
